She holds dual master's degrees—an MBA and a degree in human resource management—and has amassed years of HR expertise across diverse industries including banking, telecommunications, healthcare, aviation, transportation, power, energy, industrial solutions, oil and gas, and digital technology.
Meher spent nearly a decade at General Electric, renowned for its world-class HR practices, where she held various pivotal roles. She has excelled in Recruitment & Selection, University Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Organization & Development, and served as an HR Generalist, Human Resource Manager, and Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP).
Certified as a professional coach, Meher is passionate about guiding individuals and organizations to navigate challenges in their professional and personal lives. She values community service as a cornerstone for personal and professional growth.
